The Cartographer by Ranger

Unfold for me, a map on my table

lay out for me borders of lace

oceans of skin, trembling

waves under my hands

Unfold for me, save for fingers and toes

edges curled as I spread you

to consider my travels through

whole continents of desire

Unfold for me, show me the ranges

the spaces in between

I want to memorize your topography

with my tongue across your ridges

Unfold for me, a map on my table

I will explore the uncharted

territories; my mouth a Meriwether

tasting delicate fruits of this new country
